§ 32.71 SCOPE.

(A) This investment and deposit policy applies to all financial assets of the town. The town funds subject to this policy are hereinafter referred to as the active portfolio.

(B) The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to pool cash balances from all funds of the town for investment purposes. All interest earnings will be credited to the fund from which the cash balance was drawn.
