§ 116.09 PROHIBITED HOURS.
   (A)   Mobile food vendors are prohibited from operating or parking on any property owned and maintained by the town between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
   (B)   Mobile food vendors may make special requests to the Town Manager to operate during prohibited hours.
