§ 90.40  EUTHANASIA AND DISPOSAL OF PRIVATELY OWNED ANIMALS.
   The Animal Shelter shall have the ability to charge the owner of any animal certain fees to euthanize and dispose of said animal, in accordance with § 90.75.
