§ 90.27  DOGS, CATS AND FERRETS OVER THREE MONTHS TO BE INOCULATED.
   It shall be unlawful to own, possess, keep or harbor any dog, cat or ferret over the age of three months within the county, unless that animal has been inoculated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian and the inoculation period has not expired.
