§ 90.15 ANIMALS AFFLICTED WITH CONTAGIOUS DISEASE.
   No domestic or exotic animal afflicted with a contagious or infectious disease shall be allowed to run at large, or be exposed in any public place within the county whereby the health of human or animal may be affected; nor shall such diseased animal be shipped or removed from the premises of the owner, except for the purposes of transporting directly to obtain veterinary assistance, or by the order of the Chief of the Police Department in the town, Indiana or the Sheriff within the unincorporated areas of Floyd County, Indiana, or an animal control officer.
