§ 32.03  EQUAL OPPORTUNITY POLICY.
   (A)   It is the public policy of the Town Council to support and encourage equal education and employment opportunities.
   (B)   The Town Council designates the state’s Civil Rights Commission as the agency appropriate to implement the purposes and objectives of the state’s Civil Rights Law and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Town Council.
