§ 31.38 NEED FOR THE DISTRICT.
   (A)   There presently exists sufficient need to establish such a district so as to maintain and expand revenues for the continuation of fire protection services and for the improvement of the services in the foreseeable future and to facilitate future planning for the delivery of services on a reasonable basis.
   (B)   The public health, safety, and welfare of the residents and property owners of the territory within Georgetown Township, including the town, is served by the creation of a Fire Protection District.
