§ 153.33  SELF-MONITORING PROGRAM INCLUDING PLAN AND PROCEDURES FOR INDIVIDUAL LOTS.
   (A)   Certification of compliance stating that the individual lot plan is consistent with the storm water management permit approved by the town for the larger project.
   (B)   The individual lot operator is responsible for the installation and maintenance of all erosion and sediment control measures until the site is stabilized.
