§ 31.02 TERMS.
   (A)   The term of office of a member who is appointed from the membership of the Town Council is coextensive with the member’s term of office on the Town Council, unless the Town Council, at its first regular meeting in any year, appoints another to serve as its representative.
   (B)   (1)   Of the four citizen members, all terms of members shall be for four years.
      (2)   Each member’s term expires on the first Monday of January of the fourth year after the year of the member’s appointment.
   (C)   (1)   For members appointed to represent the unincorporated area with the jurisdiction, each appointment is for a term of four years.
      (2)   The additional citizen members are entitled to participate and vote in all deliberations of the Municipal Plan Commission.
   (D)   In all other matters regarding membership, the Commission will be bound by and adhere to the provisions of the 200 Series Commission Establishment and Membership (I.C. 36-7-4-200 through 36-7-4-299 and successor statutes that may be enacted) as it relates to a municipal plan commission.
