(A) The Town Council hereby establishes a storm water review fee for storm water review performed by the Town Engineer as follows:
(1) For a storm water review of a plan involving 15 acres or less, a plan review fee of $1,320; and
(2) For a storm water review plan involving more than 15 acres, a plan review fee of $2,220.
(B) The storm water review fee hereby established shall be collected by the Clerk-Treasurer and deposited in the town’s MS4 or any other appropriate fund.
