(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any provision of this chapter may be subject to a fine in any sum not exceeding $2,500.
(C) The assessment of a monetary penalty shall in no way limit the operation of the penalties provided elsewhere in this chapter.
(D) If a building or structure is occupied without a certificate of occupancy a flat rate fine will be imposed. One hundred dollars for residential construction and $1,000 for commercial or industrial construction will be charged to the person, firm, or corporation on record as the building permit holder. Each day constitutes a separate violation and shall be subject to all penal provisions of this chapter.
