§ 151.025 PERMIT EXPIRATION.
   (A)   (1)   All permits issued pursuant to this chapter shall automatically expire nine months from the date of issuance.
      (2)   Permits which have expired may be renewed.
      (3)   A renewed permit shall be at the same cost as the original permit.
   (B)   (1)   A permit holder may petition the Building Commissioner for a waiver or reduction of the fee associated with a permit renewal if the permit expired due to some circumstance or event beyond the control of the permit holder.
      (2)   Each petition shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering all relevant factors.
