§ 151.008  EFFECTIVE DATE.
   This chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after the date on which both of the following have occurred: the Town Council has adopted this chapter; and the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission of the state has approved of this chapter as required by I.C. 22-13-2-5.
