§ 114.49  PROHIBITED ACTS.
   Prohibits acts include:
   (A)   Any medical procedures including, but not limited to, tongue splitting, tattoo removal, and uses of anesthesia; and/or
   (B)   Home tattoo parties and mobile tattoo parlors.
