The County Health Department shall conduct inspections of each and every facility and mobile facility located in the town. The County Health Department shall conduct a minimum of two inspections per year for facilities and one inspection per year for mobile facilities. Additional inspections may be conducted by the County Health Department as it determines and/or in response to complaints submitted. The results of the inspections shall be provided to each operator. Violations noted by the County Health Department shall be corrected immediately. The Department shall conduct follow-up inspections to determine compliance with this chapter.
