Tattoo artists or body piercers who are experiencing symptoms of acute disease that include, but are not limited to, the following shall refrain from providing tattoos or body piercing: diarrhea; vomiting; fever; rash; productive cough; jaundice; or draining (or open) skin infections; boils; impetigo; or scabies.
