§ 94.15 STATE SWIMMING POOL CODE ADOPTED.

The State Swimming Pool Code, set forth at 675 I.A.C. 20-4-1 et seq., attached to Ord. G-04-14 as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby adopted as the swimming pool code for the town and may be cited as such.
