The following provisions shall not apply to any properly authorized government official in pursuit of any official duty.
(A) Special activities. It shall not be permitted to fly model airplanes or engage in special activities, including golf practice, ice skating, games, and picnics, except at locations specifically designated for those activities by the Town Council. Areas for those activities may be reserved by groups for use at specified times.
(B) Automobiles.
(1) It shall not be permitted to drive or park any automobile or motor vehicle in any park, except on a street, driveway, parking lot, or designated area. It shall not be permitted to park or leave any vehicle in any place other than one established for that purpose.
(2) All vehicles shall observe a five mph speed limit.
(C) Animals.
(1) It shall not be permitted to bring any dangerous animal into any park or allow any dog or cat to run at large.
(2) It shall not be permitted to ride a horse in any park, except on, or immediately alongside, existing roadways.
(3) It shall not be permitted to hunt or disturb wildlife in any park.
(D) Sales. It shall not be permitted for any person other than employees or officials of the town or individuals acting on behalf of the town to vend, sell, peddle, or offer for sale any commodity or article within the park, except with permission of the Town Council.
(E) Signs. It shall not be permitted for anyone to paste, glue, tack, or otherwise post any sign, placard, advertisement, or inscription. It shall not be permitted for any person to erect or cause to be erected any sign on any public lands or highways adjacent to a park.
