§ 94.03  PICNIC AREAS AND USE.
   (A)   Attendants shall have the authority to regulate the activities in all park areas when necessary to prevent congestion and to secure the maximum use for the comfort and convenience of any and all persons using the park. Visitors shall comply with any directions given to achieve this end.
   (B)   No person in a park shall use any portion of the picnic area or any of the buildings or structures therein for the purpose of holding picnics to the exclusion of other persons except by reservation permit available at Town Hall, nor shall any person use the area and facilities for an unreasonable period of time if the facilities are crowded.
