In the event that the property owner, and/or the occupant of a single-family dwelling or nonresidential property, fails to comply with the destruction order within ten calendar days from issuance of notice, or fails to timely file a notice of appeal, then the town executive may direct town employees or outside contractors to remove the weeds, grasses, and rank vegetation.
