(A) All notices of violations requiring a property owner or owners to cut weeds and other rank vegetation shall be provided notice of said violation and requirement to cut said weeds and other rank vegetation by certified mail, return receipt requested, or an equivalent service permitted under the state code.
(B) All notices of violations sent shall be mailed to the owner of record of real property with a single owner or at least one owner of the real property with multiple owners.
(C) All notices of violations sent shall be mailed to the last address of the owner or owners as indicated in the records of the County Auditor on the date the notice is mailed.
(D) (1) If an initial notice of violation of this subchapter was provided by certified mail or an equivalent service permitted under the state code, a continuous abatement notice may be posted at the property at the time of the abatement instead of by certified mail or equivalent permitted notice.
(2) A continuous abatement notice serves as notice to the real property owner or owners that each subsequent violation during the same year for which the initial notice of the violation was provided may be abated by the town, or its contractors.
