§ 91.037  LITTERING GENERALLY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow litter to escape from his or her control and proper disposal within the town limits.
   (B)   This includes, but is not limited to: dropping litter onto any public or private property; throwing litter from any vehicle onto any public or private property; and failing to secure litter such that it is blown by the wind out of a moving vehicle, out of a trash receptacle, and the like.
   (C)   This section shall be interpreted to include allowing litter to gain access to the town’s storm sewer management system, either through open drainage swales, closed drainage systems, and/or any bodies of surface water.
