§ 91.032  STORAGE OF BUILDING MATERIALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to store, or permit to be stored, on the above described real estate any used building materials, rubbish, garbage, waste, or any other material that is not fit for use for any purpose.
   (B)   RUBBISH is defined as combustible refuse, including, but not limited to, paper, cartons, boxes, barrels, wood, excelsior, tree branches, yard trimmings, leaves (to the extent that the leaves pose a fire hazard and/or pose a threat to public health and safety), wood furniture, other wood or combustible articles, bedding and plastic; and noncombustible refuse, including, but not limited to, metals, tin cans, contents of litter receptacles, and broken pieces of concrete, asphalt, glass, crockery, bottles, and other containers.
