It shall be unlawful to store, or permit to be stored, on the above described real estate any motor vehicle, including, but not limited to, trucks, cars, and buses:
(A) Which are not licensed or drivable;
(B) Which have not been in use for a period lasting 20 days; or
(C) Which are not usable for any purpose whatsoever.
