(A) Parking restricted. North side of High Street; said portions of High Street affected being those areas only between Georgetown-Greenville Road and Kepley Road within the town limits.

(B) Parking prohibited. With the exception of parking allowed on one side High and Walnut streets, from Georgetown-Greenville Road to Kepley Road, as identified in division (A) above, no on-street parking is allowed on any public street in the town.

(C) Penalty.
(1) The penalty for violation of this schedule shall be a local citation and fine in the amount of $25 payable to the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate violation.
(2) Fifty percent of all fines collected shall be deposited into the town’s Motor Vehicle Highway Fund #201 and the remaining 50% shall be deposited into the town’s Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund #233.
