(A) Travel on Oakstone Way. The office of the Town Marshal is hereby authorized and directed to monitor traffic on Oakstone Way in the Brookstone Subdivision. Any construction traffic operating on Oakstone Way may be cited and fined in accordance with division (C) below.
(B) Construction traffic defined.CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC is defined as any vehicle being operated by a contractor, sub-contractor, or an employee of either, working in the Brookstone Subdivision to build, construct, or install facilities and equipment incidental to the construction of a single-family residence.
(C) Penalty. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this schedule shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $100. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
