(A) The Town Council hereby establishes a sanitary sewer review fee for sanitary sewer review performed by the Town Engineer for those developments located outside the town limits or those within the town limits that do not require a full site plan review as follows:
(1) Residential developments.
(a) For sanitary sewer review of a plan involving less than 50 lots, a plan review fee of $1,250 shall apply.
(b) For a sanitary sewer review of a plan involving 50 or more lots, a plan review fee of $1,750 shall apply.
(2) Commercial developments.
(a) For a sanitary sewer review of a plan involving less than five acres, a plan review fee of $1,350 shall apply.
(b) For a sanitary sewer review of a plan involving five acres or more, a plan review fee of $1,850 shall apply.
(B) The sanitary sewer review fee hereby established shall be collected by the Clerk-Treasurer and deposited in the town’s General Fund or any other appropriate fund.
(C) All ordinances of the town which are in conflict with this section are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict and any ordinance not in conflict with this section shall remain in full force and effect.
