§ 53.128  CAPACITY FEES.
   (A)   New customers considered in-town (property inside the town’s corporate limits) who are connecting to the town’s wastewater/sewer collection system shall pay a sewer service capacity fee in the amount of $7,140 per equivalent density unity (EDU). New customers considered out-of-town (property outside the town’s corporate limits) who are connecting to the town’s wastewater/sewer collection system shall pay a sewer service capacity fee in the amount of $7,140 per equivalent density unity (EDU). One EDU equates to 310 gallons of wastewater per day. This fee shall be in effect for calendar year 2018.
   (B)   New customers which are an apartment unit sized at one or two bedroom(s) and are in-town (property inside the town's corporate limits) or out-of-town (property outside of the town's corporate limit) who are connecting to the town's waste water/sewer collection system shall pay a sewer service capacity fee in the amount of $4,430. New customers which are an apartment unit sized at three bedrooms and are in-town (property inside the town's corporate limits) or  out-of-town (property outside of the town's corporate limit) who are connecting to the town's wastewater/sewer collection system shall pay a sewer service capacity fee in the amount of $6,650.
   (C)   All sewer service capacity fees shall be deposited into the Wastewater Utility Improvement Fund.
