§ 30.02  VOTER REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR ELECTIONS.
   The registration of voting shall be a necessary prerequisite to voting in any town election after the passage of this section. Hereinafter, it shall be unlawful for any person to vote at any general, primary, or town election held in this town unless that person is, at the time of the election or primary, a registered voter pursuant to the requirements of I.C. 3-7-13 and successor statutes that may be enacted.
