§ 52.02  TAMPERING WITH DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No unauthorized person shall alter, adjust, tamper with, manipulate, obstruct, interfere with, or exert control over all or any part of the public water distribution system owned and operated by the town and/or the Water Department.
   (B)   For purposes of this section, UNAUTHORIZED PERSON shall mean any person other than an employee or agent of the town and/or the Water Department.
