§ 50.05 LATE PAYMENT FEES FOR UTILITIES WAIVED.

(A) The Town Council hereby waives any and all late fees for residents of the town which are paid by the Georgetown Township Trustee for utility bill payments.

(B) The waiver of these utility bill late fees by the Town Council is in effect until further direction by the Town Council.
