(a) No person shall park or cause to be parked for any period of time during any part of the day or night on any street in the Village, on any Municipal parking lot, park facilities or other Municipal property in the Village, any recreational vehicle or camper.
(b) All recreational vehicles stored outside must have current licenses and be in running condition.
(c) Each resident will be limited to two recreational vehicles stored outside.
(d) The provisions of this section shall not apply to parking necessitated by an emergency, nor to parking while loading or unloading or providing services.
(e) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day a violation continues or occurs shall be considered a separate offense.
