(a) No person shall park or cause to be parked for any period of time during any part of the day or night, on any Municipal parking lot, park facilities or other municipal property in the Village, any truck, tractor, trailer, moving van and any other vehicle which has a vehicle weight of over six-tons.
(b) The provisions of this section shall not apply to parking necessitated by an emergency, nor to parking while loading or unloading.
(c) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day a violation continues or occurs shall be considered a separate offense.
