149.04 WORK WEEK.
   (a)   Salaried Employees and Officers. The work week shall generally be forty hours per week, however, no definite number of hours is herein set forth, and a minimum of forty hours shall be required of each full-time officer and employee. Full-time status shall be determined by Council for the purposes of vacation, hospitalization, and other benefits for positions not requiring forty hours per week.

   (b)   Police Personnel. The work week for full-time salaried police personnel shall be forty-three hours.
