149.03 HOSPITALIZATION.

Council authorizes the Clerk-Treasurer to make a payroll deduction of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month effective September 1, 1996 for the employees contribution of a co- payment plan towards the HMO Health Ohio (BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD MUTUAL OF OHIO) and the SUPER BLUE PLAN.
