147.05 STORM SEWER TAP IN FEE.

(a) Council does hereby establish a tap in fee of four hundred dollars ($400.00) for all storm sewers within the Village. (Ord. 33-13. Passed 11-4-13.)

(b) The Village Administrator shall enforce and collect such tap in fees within the Village of Genoa’s storm sewer system.

(Ord. 61-96. Passed 10-7-96.)
