147.03 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT WAIVED.
   (a)   Council does hereby waive the requirement that the Village Administrator live within the Village Corporation limits.
 
   (b)   Council authorizes the Village Administrator to reside within a twenty minute drive time of the Village Corporation limits.
