135.03 APPOINTMENT, TERM AND REMOVAL.

The Village Solicitor shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the approval and consent of a majority of the members of Council, for a term of two years, commencing on January 1 of each even-numbered year. He shall be subject to removal in the same manner as other Village officers are, as provided in Title Seven of the Ohio Revised Code.
