133.06 RESIDENCY.
   (a)   Council does hereby waive the requirement that the Village Fiscal Officer live within the Village Corporation limits.
 
   (b)   Council authorizes the Village Fiscal Officer to reside within a twenty minute drive time of the Village Corporation limits.
