181.21 REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS TO ADMINISTER AND COLLECT.

The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the Village of Genoa, a contract with a Regional Council of Governments for the administration and collection of the Village of Genoa Income Tax effective on January 1st, 2020.
