931.02 RECORD OF ELECTRIC CHARGES.
   It is felt to be in the best interest of the Village, that a record of the consumption of electricity be maintained, therefore the Electric Light Plant shall render statements of charges for the use of electricity to each and every department using such service, and the Clerk- Treasurer shall maintain a record of such usage. 931.03 INTENT OF COVERAGE FOR FREE USAGE.
   The intent of this chapter is that only municipally-owned buildings, street lights, the Water Works Plant, park and recreation facilities and electrically operated equipment shall be provided with free electricity. (Ord. 8-62. Passed 2-1-62.)
931.04 ELECTRICITY CHARGE FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
   Public school buildings shall be charged the regular rates as set forth in previous legislation and regulations for commercial institutions, and no reduction in rates is permitted. (Ord. 8-62. Passed 2-1-62.)
931.05 WATER CHARGE FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
   Water furnished to the buildings of the public school system shall be charged in the method set forth in Ohio R. C. 743.09.

931.06 SERVICE TERMINATION UPON NONPAYMENT OF BILLS.
   The Village Administrator and/or designee is hereby empowered and instructed to terminate utility service to all customers delinquent in utility bills. Prior to termination, the Village Administrator and/or designee shall be required to post a 5 Day Notice of Termination of Service to the Premises, by attaching the notice to the outside door of the premises delinquent on payment for that service.

931.07 DEPOSIT FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE BILLS.
   Council hereby establishes a deposit of one hundred sixty-six percent (166%) of an average monthly utility bill pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 366-B of the Bankruptcy Code, for adequate assurance for payment of future utility bills for customers who have filed bankruptcy.
