All owners of property or their agents shall make an application to the Village, requesting to be tapped into the Village’s Sanitary Sewer System. Their application shall be supplemented by plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the Utility Superintendent. A permit and inspection fee of ($1,200.00) for all residential, commercial, or industrial sewer taps shall be paid to the Village of Genoa, at the Utility Billing Office at the time the application if filed, and before any work on the tap may be done.
