(a) Council does hereby establish a fee of seventy-five cents (75¢) per foot for any public utility that requests to install their utility in a joint trench for a construction line, within the Village right-of-ways or established easements.
(b) A fee of twenty-eight dollars ($28.00) per service drop for any public utility that may request the Village to install their utility with the right-of-way or easements for a construction line.
