(a) No individual shall utilize the yard waste disposal site without have a valid key card issued to their household.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any contractor to utilize the yard waste disposal site for personal use, or if retained by a resident for removal of their yard waste to utilize the yard waste disposal site.
(c) It shall be unlawful for any authorized resident to dispose of metal, plastic bags, trash, building materials, tires or concrete, at the yard waste disposal site.
(d) No authorized resident shall dispose of trees, or tree limbs bigger than four inches in diameter, and they must be cut into six foot sections.
(e) All permitted yard waste shall be dumped inside the fenced-in area. It shall be unlawful for any person to dump outside the perimeters of the fenced-in area.
(f) Any person who dumps outside the perimeter of the fenced-in disposal site shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation.
(g) Any individual who permits an unauthorized person to use their key card shall be subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) per violation. On the first offense a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) shall be imposed. On a second or subsequent offense a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be imposed and the offender’
