521.15 NONSMOKING IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS.

   (a)   Council hereby designates the following public buildings in the Village of Genoa as No Smoking buildings:

 

Townhall	509 Main Street	Complete Building
Administrative Building	102 East Sixth Street	Offices Only
Senior Citizens Center	514 Main Street	Complete Building

 

   (b)   Any person violating this section shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
