521.07 FENCES.
   (a)   No person within a residential district shall erect or maintain any fence charged with electrical current.
 
   (b)   No person within a residential district shall erect or maintain a barbed wire fence.
 
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
