Under the authority to extend the hours when liquor may be sold and to increase the days on which liquor may be sold as expressed in Idaho Code, section 23-927(2), as presently in effect or as may hereafter be amended, and under the same authority expressed in Latah County ordinance 84, the city hereby declares that the hours during which liquor may be sold are extended and that the days on which liquor may be sold are hereby increased to include Sundays, Memorial Day and Thanksgiving Day, so that hours and days of service shall be consistent with those permitted by Latah County.
