Before a permit shall be granted by the said clerk, said applicant for said permit must file with the city clerk a good and sufficient bond or liability insurance policy in a sum to be fixed by the city clerk, saving and holding the city harmless from any accident or damages that may result from the moving of such house, building or other structure, which said bond shall be approved by the attorney for the city.
