4-2-3: PRIVIES PROHIBITED; SEPTIC TANKS APPROVED:
Privies are expressly prohibited within the city. If an occupied building is not within three hundred feet (300') of a city sewer main it shall have sanitary facilities connected to a standard and approved septic tank. (1963 Code; amd. 1982 Code)
