(A) There are hereby established two (2) separate dedicated water and sewer facilities connection fee trust funds: the water facilities connection fee trust fund and the sewer facilities connection fee trust fund.
(B) Funds withdrawn from these accounts must be used in accordance with the provisions of section 3-6-9 of this chapter. (Ord. 318, 11-10-1992)
